If you're on Internet for more than a month, no way you could've been spared from cat macros. You know, pictures of goofy cats with sometimes funny text (if anyone can explain me, what's funny about a cheeseburger, I will be v. grateful)? As any Internet phenomena, it generated a wave of followers of various kind, including, of course, the Elder

I would also be hugely grateful to anyone who can explain what exactly it was about 'I can has cheezburger?' that started off the revolution of kitty macros. I just don't see what is so awesome about it. Of course...I only rarely see the amusement in the macros, anyway, so maybe I'm not normal. Or something.
