Jojo Theory
I believe that, in theory, Jojo's could be a strong allegory to Mesoamerican Religion.
Part 1 suggests that deception is a necessity to humanity, part 2 insinuates the highest powers do have self serving tendencies and there is a cost to everything, part 3 could symbolize the righteousness of the sun god, part 4 represents righteousness can be reached through destruction, part 5... Giorno has quetzalcoatl tendencies and is met with a christlike character, and Jolyne's meting her father in her last year in life could represent the death of the soul of a soldier to meet the sun god. The sun of course, a star.
