I haven't make a cooking post in a while but I've been baking up some stuff lately. So lets talk about sugary desserts, with lots of recipe links.

I made a few types of cookies to bring to my coworkers. First was Funfetti cake cookies (without the icing though), where you use a boxed cake mix with different liquid proportions so they turn into

It even looks worth the effort, let alone tastes like it! So what did your mom say?

She loved them! And I was all proud because she even noticed the bittersweet ganache, which is just a thin layer at the bottom of the cups but apparently worked well :) Hooray for chocolate!

Haha, that was pretty much the reaction of everyone at the office. They are so good, especially considering how easy they are! I'm officially a fan of cake mix cookies.

I wanted to try something fancier than usual :) The neat little phyllo cups were the easiest part though, so I should just serve everything in an edible cup, make everything fancy, lol.

Holy crap, those look amazing. If I had made ANYthing that looked that good, everybody in the tri-county area would've had to hear about it. Because AWESOME.
