You didn't willfully keep it from him. It never came up because it was that unimportant. Just casually mention, that you ran into an old friend on facebook and started reminiscing and you realized that you don't think you ever told him about Z and thought you should. Then tell him. : )

You were both right! I casually brought it up when I got home from the hospital yesterday, and it was no big deal. He didn't bat an eye, although this morning he started teasing me about "only wanting to marry guys from the Peace Corps". So that means everything is ok. I feel SO much better now that I told him!
