Its the same thing, really, as long as it has the same ingredients. Dextro-something-or-other... and Im almost positive it does.

hm i don't know.

i think that the Bene might be a key ingredient in Benedryl.

i wouldn't go for it. it's like making a copy of a copy. like in multiplicity.

i dont know i tried using dollar store sinus pills and aspirin and it just didnt seem to work
i'd go with the wal shit

Check the ingredients!!!

Just make sure it has the same ingredients and the same amount per dosage, usually in milligrams (mg). Check the ACTIVE INGREDIENTS. The Inactive Ingredients don't matter.

Like you were telling me there's DM and CF because they have different ingredients.

As long as the ingredients are the same, you're good to go. I didn't even know dollar stores had cough syrup.
