so i figured i should update, since i kind of havent. today was good. i had a free last period so i bought a pint of ice cream from kim market. 1240 calories. i ate it all. i eat wayyyy too much ice cream. i figure that eventually all that saturated fat will clog my arteries, and my heart will crap out. but its soooo good i cant help it. oh
