Finally today the phalanges of my upper extremities found their way to www.npr.org just to look at the over all outcome of the elections... interesting.

Politics, though at times despicable, has its charms. The main element for me is the occasional sense of promise: something better might be about to happen given the new arrangements.

For those of you that missed the Venezuelan party I must say… damit you missed out on a hell of a good time!!!! It was so fun!!! I mean it… they had some traditional dance performances Joropo, Tambores, and Calypso. I absolutely loooove calypso!!! There were folks walking around in traditional dress.
