You know, that live-action movie of the Nickelodeon TV show Avatar: The Last Airbender? Yeah, the one that was said to be one of the worst movies ever or something. Watched that yesterday, for the lulz. Sadly, it's easy to make it not-lulzy because it's almost too bad to be lulzy.

It was a... very short movie. o_O One hour and forty minutes, ( Read more... )

I agree on all accounts. Except I thought Azula was alright. But other than that--yes, I completely agree!

I really hope they don't make another. Toph is just too much awesome to screw up, and I know they will.

I want my $12 back. Yes, that's right, I saw it in theaters, and since there was a "vending machine" thing for tickets, I got myself a child's one. And it was 12 bucks.

Apparently the 3D version was even worse.

Yeah, really. x___X I hope all the negativity stops it because even someone like my brother who doesn't know the show went "okay this sucks" so it's not only that they failed on. xD

Ouch, that sucks. :/

Yeah, it wasn't just bad for the people who loved the show. It was literally just a bad film in general. No one would understand what the major plot was about without having seen the tv show.

Even just half the first season in one film would have been difficult to pull off, but really... you can't rush that much plot and character development. And it went so slowly!

My favorite part was in the earth benders' prison camp, where the guys behind us got up and left. :P

Shamalama (forgive me, I don't remember how to spell his name, so this crude nickname will do) claimed he did this for his kids. Those poor children. v_v
