I got an email today from one of my ygroups and it disturbed me so so so much I wanted to reply but then knowing the kinds of people in that ygroup, I decided it was an idiotic idea so I opted to blog about it instead.

Yeah, so not true. It's insane, less than 1% of Muslims are extremists (suicide bombers etc.), most of them simply want to live in peace. Interestingly enough, there's that small group of extreme Christians as well, but they 're not that visible in the media because they don't usually bomb people.

Also, the Nobel price thing, I could lecture about this for hours, but it simply shows how incredibly unevenly the wealth is distributed on this planet. Most Muslims don't have the opportunities most Jews have (cultural issues, as well as governmental ones), and it's not because they're too busy planning the destruction of the Western world.

Well, I'll give on the point that says Jews are pretty damn near genius, but only because it's almost a requirement for their survival. But Islam in general is always misunderstood. Their beliefs are only radical because the choice few who decide to go way overboard in their interpretation of their laws are the ones depicted more often in media. Oh? Hehe interesting! That's happened to me a couple of times too... I mean, I thought I saw someone but I wasn't sure... the first few times I called out their names only to discover it wasn't them ahahaha. Now I'm a bit wiser and verify first. :P

Hmm I guess.. I kinda related it to UP in my head. How so many people view us as activists because of the few people who are. It's because they are the ones most seen by the public. It applies to anything, really. Many people are so guilty of hasty generalizations. :| [Philo 1!!] Lah. it's really unfair. :| REALLY REALLY UNFAIR. :|
