The List

I've undertaken then behemoth task of building a DVD library from the ground up. Fortunately I don't have many VHS to replace, so i'll mostly be buying movies I didn't already own. The way I see it, if I bring a PS2 to college like I intend to, then I'll have a DVD player sitting pretty right there in the dorm room.

The 25th Hour
Being John Malkovitch
Pulp Fiction
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
This Is Spinal Tap
A Mighty Wind
As Good As It Gets
Earth Girls Are Easy

The Fifth Element
The Godfather Collection
Lethal Weapon
Groundhog Day
Beetlejuice
Enemy At The Gates
The Italian Job
Mother, Jugs, and Speed (EVERYONE SHOULD SEE THIS. Especially if you're an EMT)
Osmosis Jones
Beverly Hills Cop
Independence Day
Men In Black
The Devil’s Advocate
Scarface
The Matrix
The Matrix: Reloaded
The Matrix: Revolutions
The Animatrix
LOTR: Fellowship
LOTR: Two Towers
LOTR: ROTK
Ocean’s Eleven

Reservoir Dogs
Mad Max
The Princess Bride
The Truman Show
The Mask
Air Force One
Gattaca
Godzilla
Jurassic Park
Jurassic Park: The Lost World
Jurassic Park III
Pirates of the Carribbean
Saving Private Ryan
Spaceballs
The Terminator
T2: Judgment Day
T3: Rise of the Machines
X-Men
X2
Caddyshack
Top Gun
The Meaning Of Life
The Life Of Brian
Ghostbusters
Ghostbusters 2
Austin Powers
Austin Powers 2
Fight Club
Kill Bill 1
Kill Bill 2
Shaft
Platoon
Training Day
SWAT
Office Space
Starship Troopers
Dragonheart
Stargate
Star Trek
Star Trek II
Star Trek III
Star Trek IV
Star Trek V
Star Trek VI
Star Trek Generations
Star Trek First Contact
Star Trek Insurrection
Star Trek Nemesis

Note that these are not necessarily in order of what's already released on DVD or what's the most imperative thing to own. Wherever possible I intend to buy boxed sets/collectors editions, and ALWAYS legitimate, because bootleg copies suck. More will be added as time goes on.

Suggestions welcome.
