this is a real stupid entry..i went back to plyos today for the first time in like months!! but it was good..i saw brent when i was leaving. were cool. so yeah i love life. im goood. lifes goood. its all goood!

yeah i was defintely ready to pass out..lol..ive never passed out before but hey theres a first time for everything!! i felt sooo sick tho cause i didnt eat anything all day except like a nutrigrain bar..so that made things even worse!! but yea we had fun!! cant wait till next time!!
