Go see PICTURES!!Yet again it's been a very long time since my last update. Oops. It has seemed for a long time now that I have so many things to do in my spare time that I end up spending said spare time trying to decide what to do and never actually manage to get any of them DONE. Updating my livejournal is generally in that pile of things to do

Thanks for the update! I love all the pictures, it's funny how I didn't take many pictures back home but now I want pictures of everything!!!

Hey, just because you're had to deal with the 30 thing and forgotten what it as like to turn 25 doesn't make it any less of a big deal for me, you know =P

I actually took a lot of pictures back at home because I'm a camera-nut, but since coming to Japan it's just been insane. I'm going to need to get an external drive for my laptop soon just for my pictures if I keep it up.. o.o

Now see, logically I know that 25 isn't as big of a deal as 30, especially after seeing Eric cope with 30 earlier this year, but it doesn't make it any less terrifying for me. Many, many years ago a discussion I had with a friend led us to the conclusion that 25 is the end of real youth and the transition into full adult, and it's really weird for me to finally be at that point.. =P

24's not bad once you get used to the strangeness of the number.. I think I liked 23 and 24 the most, really.. you're old enough that people don't do the 'you're young and know nothing' thing, but still young enough to have an excuse for certain things and whatnot ^^

I'm sure I'll talk to you again before your b-day (maybe?) but if not, then Happy Birthday! Just so I don't miss saying it and all..

I think I've come to terms with the number, now that I'm a full 24 hours into it. See? 24...I used it in a sentence...

I didn't do anything for the day, and I think I disapointed everyone with my lack of interest in the day. Everyone expected me to go out and party, but instead, I went home and let my sister buy my food from the taqueria and watched my Netflix selections. I was completely satisfied. What can I say? I'm a loner...

I'm just so fucking glad that I don't have to think about my birthday for another 364 days. x_X
