[Harley will receive a Cacturne that, when it sees Harley's hat thing, it thinks it's its mommy. It is immune to being caught. (This actually makes sense, because it's already kind of his.) It will not understand a word Harley says unless he speaks in Cacturne, which he finds himself strangely able to speak WHEN HE IS TOUCHING THE HAT WITH HIS HAND. Eventually his Cacturne is going to lay eggs and hatch as Final Fantasy Cactrots.]
