Just checked my email... the contract ratification vote that was supposed to be counted tomorrow and announced Friday has been moved back a week. The reason for this? Political mail (which we all hate anyways) is clogging the USPS so the union members aren't receiving their ballots. So now I have another week of not knowing if I will be going on

The other thing it means, however, is that we will definitely have health insurance thru the month of November.

This is true... which I may need since this stress is likely to give me an ulcer... :) Fortunately my heart is ok so I don't have to test out that sample medical bill from the last contract they sent out...
