There's no sound to accompany his arrival-- Nightwing does like that about PINpoints-- but to get off the rooftop, he'll probably make a small amount of noise (the grappling gun is particularly difficult to muffle) unless he puts a lot of effort into it. Which seems ridiculous. So he says lightly, "Excuse me, I didn't know this rooftop was occupied."
She sits up abruptly with a startled noise of of surprise -- darn heroes and they're freaking stealth, seriously. When she recognizes who it is, however, she scowls and snaps a sarcastic, "Oh. It's you."
He hadn't quite recognized Persephone without her mask, but the sarcastic tone rings a bell. "Mm. And it's you," he says with some bemusement. "Still in the Nexus, I see, despite the preponderance of us nasty hero types."
Persephone rolls her eyes and idly picks a piece of nonexistent lint from her skirt. "Even I need a break on occasion. Nexus is as good a place as any."
