Robin notes Persephone's appearance with relief -- he's had time to worry. He lets her get close, hoping they'll have the chance to talk. Her grabbing his hand? Entirely unexpected, let alone being kidnapped. He's not got time to protest before they're on a rooftop in the Nexus, and he pulls his hand back, furious.

"What are you doing? Take me back -- now!"

Anger wasn't quite the emotion she was expecting. Not so much happy, but definitely not anger.

Persephone crosses her arms, giving him an unamused look. "We need to talk. Though this would be the easiest way. And you're not going back until we do." So there.

Robin glares. Persephone's got no idea what she's done, the potential trouble in --

-- because there's no way Robin can tell her back home. The annoyance fades from his expression as he silently digs through his belt for a small notepad. "Newsflash, Queen. You're not Slade, you don't tell me what to do."

He scribbles quickly, holding up the paper. Slade can hear us here. We fake an argument, he's got no reason to listen in.

Ah. She gets it now. Still, it stings. "Really? Really? Earth to Apprentice, I don't think you can get home without me right now."

Persephone takes a notepad of her own from and starts writing -- then has to stop. She's so flustered, it comes out in Greek at first. Crossing things out, she begins again: Can't you take out the communicator, say I did? Is that the only thing bugged?
