Gah, how annoying but I'm sure it will be worth it for a stronger story. I used to use a piece of software that let you write on and then move around virtual notecards but can't remember the name. Maybe just storylines? Am sure there are better things out there though, or that you could just do that yourself. Always on the lookout for something good myself so will be interesting to see if you get any more replies.
