State of the Jack!

For the most part, Jack is happy to be in Camp. He gets to spend time with Oz and Gil and Vince. He gets to make friends and be carefree again. It's wonderful because he does not believe that time is truly passing back home. He's not panicked about things going on back there because he's told himself that everything's on hold until they get back. So far as concern about Abyss and stuff goes, he's good

Oz has been in camp for over two years! And people have come and left and now, he's a lot more stable, he has friends, he has people he can talk to and confess his problems so generally, life for him is pretty good! But he also gets that in many ways, he's still weak, he's still heavily reliant on other people to survive otherwise he would just fall apart! Like recently, Gil went crazy and did not seem to be listening or accepting Oz and Oz was rattled! But he was marginally stronger in dealing with it than he would have been a few years back. He managed to have a somewhat civil discussion with Vincent about it, he was able to put Gil's dilemma over his own, all in all, he feels he's finally getting somewhere!

But in many ways, Oz is always afraid that whatever hold he has is tenuous and because the world sucks, things are likely to fall apart.

Also, Elliot has feelings for him and Oz adores Elliot. Elliot saved him! Elliot looks after him! Oz has always admired and loved Elliot a lot. So, for those feelings to be reciprocated

Rue thinks Kirk is adorable! He loves being around him because he doesn't really have to explain the whole 'lol monogamy' thing much. He kind of feels bad for Kirk right now because he's got the monogamy issues thrown in his face, but it won't stop Rue from being Rue around him that much. He'll still drap, snuggle, and make out with Kirk whenever he likes. Kirk is kind of a kindred spirit.

What are Elliot's most important relationships in Camp?

Uhh, Oz, Leo, Necoco, Rikuou, Zashiki, Doumeki, Jack (recently ha ha ha), and Road! In terms of people who have given him significant development in his stay here. There are a few others that he's had some really good interaction with, but not really anything lasting, alas (Kairi and Ronan in particular come to mind.) Those are in no particular order because I have no idea what standards to go by. Those relationships are all in various states of development though, and I'd say his most valued non-cast relationship at this very moment is probably his relationship with Doumeki. Hurrrrrrr.

Who would you have apped from Pandora Hearts if not Jack?

I... never even considered apping anyone but Jack. Um... I guess possibly Liam? But... seriously... Jack was an app a year and a half in the making while I was waiting for canon to give me enough of the real Jack to write a canon section. Liam is hysterical and fun and flaily, which is obviously a chara-type I enjoy, but... Jack. ._.;

What was it that made Jack keep poking Eclipse?

Ahm.... :|a Eclipse didn't violence him? Uh... He's enough like Glen personality wise that he's someone Jack has an easy time being around and relating to. It puts him at ease without treading into lol-baggage moments. I don't know really. He just likes being around people with the Glen/Eclipse personality. They're uncomplicated.

Why does Eclipse put up with Jack?

Jack is... peculiar. While he is annoying to an extent, Eclipse think he's not really annoying enough to actually hurt or push away, for some reason. It's a bit awkward, in some way, but he's just simply enduring it and kind of like giving long suffering sighs instead of being violent. It wouldn't DO anything for Eclipse to be. And Jack is tolerable, probably mostly because he's similar to a part of Raenef that Eclipse has learned to accept and teach back home. However a tiny part it is, it's THERE and that's most possibly what keeps him from actually pushing him away.

...a big plus is that Jack isn't stupid. And some times he can be pleasant to talk to, and sensible. Which is something that's difficult to find in camp, at least in Eclipse's opinion.

Kaza's current opinion on Kakei being in camp right now?

Um... which is to say it hasn't really changed much since before Kakei was in camp. Mostly now though, he has a place to work. yay T-T and hopefully can work off some of that debt before he goes home.

He does however feel somewhat vindicated since Kakei got stuck here too.

How's Spit doing all(most) by himself?

Spit went through a bad... year or so right after everyone ever left Camp. He was very bitter, angry, and more than a lot jealous. He's finally coming to accept that he can't go back. It HURTS a hell of a lot, and he doesn't like thinking about it ever. He knows that the time he had with Kazu and Aeon and everyone else was just drawing out the inevitable, but he hates that it ended. He misses them a lot, misses being able to really run with others, and he especially misses the Volcano group

OKAY, SO. Doumeki and Oz have been officially seeing each other for about three months now. In some ways, it's a pretty calm relationship-- would Doumeki have any other kind? Companionable is a word that springs to mind. Accepting is another. Doumeki sees things in Oz that he really admires, like his perception and his generosity, his strength of will and spirit. Above all he thinks Oz is a normal boy with a terrible life. And he will say this as many times as he needs to to make an impression.

This makes their relationship sound like friendship, and that's certainly the base of it. But Doumeki had been attracted to Oz for a long time and, more importantly, his feelings for him run pretty deep at this point. The easiest way to explain this is that Doumeki is usually a very hands-off, unbiased person. But the longer he's with Oz, the harder it is for him to accept that there's very little he can do to change things for him. Talking is really his only recourse, and that's strange for him. So caring about Oz

A lot of the time is spent working with Kakei at the pharmacy. I'm guessing a lot of straightening and cleaning and helping customers and stuff. I should probably do a post about that sometime. :|a

He has a lot more free time now really since his main hobby was killed dead. ... buy him plants for christmas Rikuou -- he misses his garden :(

Actually, I don't. Zazzie and I haven't played with them much since Sahashi kind of reasserted his claim, and I don't really know what happened after that. Lancia still loves Kagari a whole damn lot, but he's not going do anything with it other than bury it under everything ever because he knows that Kagari belongs with Sahashi, and he doesn't want to cause problems for them ever. He has always known that he didn't have a chance in hell, so he's doing his best to pretend nothing's there and to go about life being their friends and roommates as best he can.

He's still bored. But it's that bored eh I guess I will fuck with that because I can and it's entertaining. WITH THE LAST APPLE PLOT THAT I FAILED AT A LOT He was kind of . . . shook up. Really . . . unhappy . . . with it. But it also kind of . . . HE'S BEEN GETTING A LOT OF NEGATIVE INFLUENCES and hasn't really had any positive ones :'D So it's just a sort of slow spiral down into being a total asshole all the time mode.
