Jade has been talking about this Appleless Apple Pie that her super southern stepmother use to make.
She wont shut up about it.
So, I went online and found the recipe for it and I'm gonna make it tonight.
She doesn't know.
I'm so excited!

She's alittle down in the dumps this week.

You know what...I was really weirded out making this pie last night because I've never made anything like it before but it was actually really good and Jade and her little brother Andre were so excited.
It made me happy. It's so easy to make!
