Can I just say that livejournal is a bigger bastard about fucking passwords than my fucking bank. Like it would be soooo horrific if someone hacked my livejournal account. WTF, jesus.

want to to know whats funnier. I can never rembmer my password to pay my electric bill online because the service they use has such an obsurd set of requirements. To topit off since I pay my bill online they stopped sending me paper copies of my bill. Better yet whenever I try to change my password, I get service unavailible. Explain to me how I am supposed to pay.
