waugh. i believe you that $750/mo is cheap for the sf bay, but it still makes me want to cry.

$750/mo was about how much you could expect to pay for a studio in capitol hill (hip gay seattle neighborhood) when i looked last year too. but i hear it's gone up with all this housing blahblah. bluh.
