in other news, about twenty minutes after i posted this, i got a call saying i don't get my job this summer. you know why? a minoty applied for it. while he didn't specifically say that, he told me last year, "you're gaurenteed this job next year unless a minority applies for it. then they get it. even if they're less qualified." i told him i thought that was racist, and he agreed, but that's how his boss works. so now, i could make that a pros and cons list of the day.
