On the bright side, being sick meant I not only got to sleep all day instead of going to school but I got to call out of physical therapy, too. On the not so bright side, that sleeping was punctuated by fever dreams and nausea until the medicine kicked in. I'm still alive, though. That's got to count for something. But anyway.

I could come over and bring a can of soup, or something, though your parents're probably doing a way better job of cooking than I could. Or I could just phone you or come distract you if you're feeling well enough to talk.

As long as you don't mind the potential of joining me on the sick side, you're totally welcome stop by any time. The only downside to calling is then my mom can't bombard you with baked goods. Who that's actually a downside for might depend on the day.

Anyway. I'm seriously poking around at the whole comic book thing, just so you know. Except my cat just fell asleep on top of the notebook I was writing in.

I have an English test Friday. I'd love a touch of flu. Not that you heard me say that, of course.

It's pretty late now I'll come by after school tomorrow if you're still out, is that good? Possibly with food, still, though it'd be store-bought. Nice comic-book-fueling, flu-curing snacks, any ideas?

I'll still be out so tomorrow sounds good. Mom's being the epitome of motherly. Just bring junk food. I've got a pretty good stash of pop and other such sugary, occasionally caffeinated beverages. We'll plot.

And if you need any help with the English studying, I'm usually pretty good for that, too.

Well, they're all pretty good in their own ways. Just keep in mind some of the jokes are lacking, others are kind of questionable and Joel is kind of on drugs. But it's fun anyway.
