So in my last update I complained that I don't do enough exercise. I then actually did something about it. Starting the day after that update I have started biking on Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday and doing some Wii Fit on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. The biking that I did up until today was a 4.6 mile loop.
