Sometimes I get very insecure and convince myself that if I do not get fabulous grades, become a size eight, turn into a supermodel overnight, do wonderfully at everything I attempt, have enthusiasm and the will to work at everything, then my parents will be disappointed and everyone will look down on me and no one will ever love me

Yes, we all get insecure sometimes, and its allright to be insecure it really is. I used to be really really insecure about..well my entire life ahaha. its taken me a while but im sort of allright with myself now.
Im not sure if this is helping but I shall continue anyway.

And your whole world wont come crashing down or anything, and people will still love you lots and lots =]
