And good luck on the novel! I used NaNo for that last year and, even though I scrapped everything I did last year, it was huuuugely instrumental in getting my ass in gear on it.

HAHAHA! See, I feel just the opposite. I reeeeeally struggle to write decent poetry. Like, I can read it and break it apart and understand it just fine. But writing it? *shakes head* I fail.

Maybe it's because we've both been so comfortable in our respective styles that it's so hard to switch it up?

And I can imagine banana hammocks are about as comfortable as fanny floss. Nor do I find them particularly sexy either.
