Depends on the guy. A friend of mine is a relentless, incorrigible flirt. He flirts with everyone and everything. It's part of his charm. The reason it's so charming is because he's so very, very omnivorous...he flirts so much that it ceases to have any meaning. Therefore, he can do it in front of his girlfriend and she's comfortable with it because she knows it's just how he is and doesn't mean anything beyond that.
Still...I'm pretty sure even he would get his ass kicked for going home and bragging about it.
