I think it's a matter of netiquette, myself. This doesn't apply to you lately, but I know that when I post in my friend's LJs and they don't reply I think, "meh, they didn't reply to my comment so I suppose they're not welcomed".

That's when LJ becomes boring.

Oh girl, that's Stevie Ray Vaughan! Guitar God Extraordinaire! My 2nd favorite to Aerosmith. See the "SRV" on the guitar? He could play with any appendage on his body XD

He was ndn and is widely hailed by fellow Guitar Gods as the best guitar player to ever live. I got to see him in 1988 in Kansas City -- he was better live than in the studio, and I can't say that about very many musicians. He passed in 1990 in a plane crash :(
