The only thing I would say doesn’t deserve a second chance is cheating in a relationship. Once a cheater, always a cheater is the way that I view it. But I think pretty much any other situation I could say anyone deserves a second chance! (unless we’re talking about certain crimes too I almost forgot about that dklfjldh. Serious crimes like murder or whatever obviously don’t deserve a second chance imo either)
