Ivy is really conflicted about Gon. On the one hand she's a smart kid and Ivy thinks she's quite interesting, but on the other she belongs to Daisuke and her loyalty is all to Daisuke. She also means Ivy tends to feel as though Daisuke only wants Ivy to be a wife and mother figure, which iiiiiiiis complicated because she would like that but she hates feeling like she's being pushed into anything. ANYTHING. This is part of the reason she's being so antagonistic to your hobo. And it means she can't get close to Gon because duh, feelings and ~emotions~ are bad. Besides, Gon's never going to be hers.

AGING UP didn't change much except for pure jealousy on Ivy's side because let's be honest, who wouldn't want to date adult!Gon? Daisuke sure would.

So to sum up: Ivy is jealous of Gon and angry at Daisuke because of Gon and would really kind of like the kid to love her but at the same time, if Gon ever does, Ivy will probably do something unforgivable to MAKE IT STOP.
