does anyone know of a GOOD eye make up remover that's under $10?
i have the BEST mascara but it NEVER comes off no matter how hard i try so i don't wear it.

use a face wash, and then lancome eye makeup remover. its teh shittttt.

what kinda mascara do you use? i need a new, good one.

I also use Lancome Bi Facil Eyemakeup remover. it works really well, but I'm not sure how much it is, because my grandma buys it for me.. I like it because its not greasy like other makeup removers.
