That's really bad service :S sometimes their web people or whoever slack off and not updating the inventory online. But then they should quickly contact you and have it solved, instead of dragging it and trying to get you a replacement item :S

Ditch them and find another store!

When I had to call back & talk to Steve about the new problem, he tried to hard sell into giving the company another chance. Ya right!! It would've been funny if it wasn't so pathetic really.
