I think it's mainly cuz it's yellow, he's yellow...

Either that, or that bizarre expression they have him wearing. "I'm a fireman & I have a big wang." I mean, I guess that would be one way to put out a fire. Yeah.

I love how his firehose is at more of an incline than the guy in the boat alongside him. (Maybe he's more of a "hands-on" kinda guy. *shrug-laugh*)
