Well, I made it here in one piece. I got to drive my new car down, and I shouldn't have to give it back for repairs this time (even though the AC still doesn't work completely). Does suck that we carefully packed you up a collection of tea and coffee and then forgot to bend over and pick up the last piece.

I'm sure once you get into the job and stuff, you will end up liking it down there. And I won't abuse the animals too much, I promise.

it seems like you guys would know better than to move right after katie and jason move to harvest and becca moves to kansas.

but you go where the jobs are, eh? its awesome that you got a good job there, you should do great!

is this a permanent arrangement?

Not sure yet. This is a temp-to-hire position, but you have to be really bad at your job to not get a permanent offer b/c of the effort they put into training you. I am going to do it for about a month or so (meanwhile looking for a place to stay) and as long as I like it, we will move down.

Doug is hanging in the apartment by himself for now. He will not move down until we have a place to stay.
