I'm starting to think that it may be time to take my life in a different direction. I've devoted a lot of time, energy and money to the BDSM lifestyle for almost a decade. I actually just wrote a post entitled, "A Dilly of a Pickle" that was similar to your same dilemma. I, too, have questioned whether my involvement in BDSM is worth it. I received great feedback from fellow LJers and just thought that I would pass it on to you.
