the nightmares have returned from far, far off.

a cascade of fallen dreams strung against my nights and days on the other side of sleep.

its happening again.

ive managed to deal with them for now.

not sleeping is not so hard.

its everything else.

keeping myself occupied so that i dont have time to dwell on things is difficult.

i do not like this ceasing

You are too poetic for me to have any idea what you say, but I think you have one option you should consider, which is to face your troubles in a straightfoward manner. Hiding doesn't conquor problems, they stay there and pile up. But honesty and truth with an optimistic perspective has worked for me.
