We've been dating for a while. We had our share of fights, some worse than others. We were on shaky ground, mostly (as I thought) due to lack of money, horrid job situation, and school stress. When Heather found out she

Your view is very accurate. I will insert pertinent corrections here.

* Forever is a tricky word - and I am not going to be accused of leading anyone on ... that is more accurately what I said regarding that, at least.

* I had intended to visit a number of people - but the notice I gave was too short, in most instances, to be founded.

* You are correct. I did not offer a final talk. Every time I had done that in the past, I gave in. I was not and am not strong enough to do something for my sake. For my weakness, I apologize - not just to Tim, but to everyone who knows me. Many of you tell me I am strong; I am not. At this point, I feel we are beyond working things out.

I am sorry - mostly to Tim, oviously, but also to anyone who had come to know us as a couple. I didn't necessarily do things right and you have my explanations above.
