Yeah, yeah, running late. So sue me...
89. First Among Sequels, Jasper Fforde. A return to Tuesday Next's world. A great romp, but I rather missed the book-obsession from the earlier ones. (Although that is satisfactorily explained, it did make for a slightly less fun book.)

One day I must get into Jasper Fforde
And you MUST read the other culture novels. Begin with Consider Phlebus and work your way through. I don't think there are any duds.
And as you intimate in your review the names of the ships make the read worthwhile just by themselves. "waiting for a long lost lover" springs to mind and there are many other wonderful ones. If I hadn't given them all away/bookcrossed them I would go and look for more names and then send the books to you.
