Johnny's Countdown 2009-2010
First of all, 明けましておめでとう. :] And for dear, dear Kou-chan, 誕生日おめでとう. He's 31 already, would you believe it? Pretty soon Kamisen and DoTs would be following, well Okada would be 30. Also Oh-chan.
I kind of started the year right by reading and plotting fics kind of by watching Countdown. Well Keyhole TV was a bitch and Fuji TV got disconnected every three minutes. Good thing there was Kansai TV (OH HOW I LOVE KANTERE) to provide Johnny's boys in all their sparkles!
So Countdown. Arashi were MCs, which as usual, was great since they've been doing it since the '07-'08 Countdown (wait, I haven't watched the Countdowns before that so I really don't know). The first song was BELIEVE, complete with dancing and costumes and unffffff because really, Nino in skinny, ass-hugging pants and Jun with that hair oh please I don't know how every hairstyle you get seems to suit you--totally hot. And Let's not leave behind the three elder memberssssss. I think from here on I'll bullet MY HIGHLIGHTS.
01. Hey!Say!JUMP performs! Well NYC performs as well, BUT AFTER THE COUNTDOWN ITSELF (you know, when Kou-chan gets greeted and smothered by Nagase/Dots/Other random people Hey!Say!BEST got to perform! I KNEW IT I KNEW IT GAHHHHHH, they are finally old enough to be participating in the Countdown (although did Daiki perform? KHTV is a blurry bitch so I'll have to confirm that with HD copies soon), they were singing and dancing AND YABU KOTA SAID 'CHERRY' for 真夜中のシャドーボーイ and yeah that's definitely hot LOL.
02. 5-nin NEWS in Tokyo and 7-nin K8 in Kyosera. YES DAMNIT RYO LEFT TOKYO TO DO THE KANJANI COUNTDOWN CONCERT IN OSAKA GAHHHHHHHH I was shouting when they showed the live feed of all the Kyosera people. AND RYO WAS SINGING NEWS NIPPON WHILE BEING JUMPED BLOCKED BY KANJANI GAGHGAHGAHGAHGAH
03. The return. OhmygodOhmygodOhmygodOhmygod allow me to flail on this one please. Takizawa Hideaki reunites with Imai Tsubasa! When they did Sotsugyo~ I thought they were at different locations (or were they? IDK), then they did the Shounentai song YES NISHIKI-SAN WAS THERE HE'S ALWAYS WHERE TAKKI IS AT COUNTDOWN and damnit THEY WERE DANCING TOGETHER. IN WHITE. WHITE/GOLD SIGNATURE JOHNNY'S COSTUMES like ohmygod my parental!OTP is back together!!! And then there was Venus~, and they were TOO CLOSE AND YESYESYESYESYES PLEASEEEEEEEE I love TakiTsuba like gahhh
04. TOKIO-SAN. WHY HELLO MABO AND ANII with the hair. I'M NOT EVEN REMOVING THE BOLD ON THIS NUMBER. KOKUBUN TAICHI DO YOU KNOW YOU OWN ME X_X Fantastipo is simply love. TOKIO-SAN with LOVE YOU ONLY IS SHEER HAPPINESS. Then V6. YESYESYES OKADA-SAN I KNOW THAT COLOR LOOKS GOOD ON YOU. And and and. MORITA GO-SAMA, the hairrrrrrrrr IT IS BLEACHED GYAAA I didn't even notice Kenken because of youuuu.
05. Ebi. Kisu. YES A.B.C.-Z and KIS-MY-FT2 hello you are with Takki-sama also! Well hello Taipi and Tottsu and Gsama aren't you looking fine and Kitamitsu I want to keep your almostperfectlymade arms (of course the award for best show muscles go to Sakurai-senpai, just because Higashi-senpai actually uses the muscles). And I've always wondered why Senchan and Nikachan get to perform as Takki-sama's backdancers even after midnight when they're not yet legal. MY JUNIORSSSSSSSSS oh how I love thee. WELL OKAY THIS YEAR THEY CAN IT'S SO GREAT. I don't know if it was just me though, or was Hasshi not there? Maybe because KHTV is a blurry sucker
06. Of course we go back to Kyosera Dome. WHERE THE KANJU ARRRRRRRE. BECAUSE HAMADAI IS GREAT AND I NOW OFFICIALLY LOVE THEM TO BITS plus Akito is a spazzy brat who waves around in the large trolley thing
07. Toma-sama. 生田 斗真 WAS THERE. HE WAS THERE and not that I didn't want him to but I never really expected him to be there even if he has 3 movies in 2010 and just. AND HE SANG AND MADE A FREAKING JUNxMA MOMENT I SAW THAT DON'T YOU DENY IT. I swear that JUNxMA moment made me go awwwww and squee AND WHYYYYYYY.
08. Hiroki. YES PRINCESS I LOVED IT THAT YOU PERFORMED. And he looked sooooo pretty handsome, too. But I wanted him in Kyosera [well, we all do, don't we?] jamming it up with his band of brothers. Let's keep hoping next year -___-
09. Darling. KINKI KIDS SINGING DARLING ohmygod IMAGINE DOTS SERENADING YOU LIKE THAT IT'S HEAVEN. And And And And And I'm pretty sure Inoo Kei-chan was backdancing I SAW HIS PRETTY ASS THERE. I don't remember seeing beloved Shoonie, though. BUT TOMA-SAMA AND HIROKI-HIMECHAN WERE DANCING TOO. The most joyous thing during that number? YONE. YONEHANA TSUYOSHI-SAMA adffgddsasdfzhgaowawyhfgbls I AM SO INCOHERENT THERE WAS MUSICAL ACADEMY AND --JUST--YONE. Okay? Please give me Maachin now. (TOMA YOU ARE STILL DANCING GAHHHHH PRETTY HONEY)
10. Sukiyanen, Osaka. Arashi, to be exact, doing Sukiyanen, Osaka. COMPLETE WITH THE SUNFLOWER MICSTANDS. And the first shot was a close-up of Sakurai-san. REALLY CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT KAMIYAMA x HONMA NOW. ILoveYouSoMuch2You because Kanjani8 + Arashi = SUREFIRE WIN YESPLEASE MOARRRRRR
11. Shamisen Boogie. This is definitely one of my more favored songs from the Juniors (think TackeyxShibuyanxYukixOsakaxMAINxKimi in the Golden Era ♥♥♥) They performed Shamisen Boogie and I FLAILED. SO. HARD. I looked like OhMiya doing the Otaku dance.
12. Matchy-san. The man sang Motto~, AND EVERYBODY ELSE DANCED TO IT. Yes everyone FROM TOKIO TO THE KANJU. Even in Kyosera Matchy has them at his beck and call. AND THEN MIDNIGHT SHUFFLE. And everyone, JUST. There is something with Midnight Shuffle, you know? Gah I love these boys.
13. I've not made any comments about KT so far. I was kind of watching who would go off-key first in RESCUE, Jin or Kazuya (they sucked during MSSL even I can admit it -____-). Tatchan is soooooo pretty WHY IS IT HOT THAT HE'S BOTH PRETTY AND A MEAN BOXER? And Junno, I love the Bidou-sama hair. Am I that weird? Meh for Jin, BUUUUUT KAZUYA KAMENASHI IN FORMAL GET-UP for the "Year of the _______" participants! I was a bit confused at first, thinking 'Shouldn't Kame have been with Junno/Koki/Tatsu last year? They all had the same Seijinshiki.', but yeah, these age-things can be very confusing in other countries. Seeing Piroki (Princess+Hiroki) and Kazuya together though, I have this delusion that they are bff-ey. AND MASUDA TAKAHISA, I thought he was an '85. NEWS really has young members ♥
Well, I watched up to this part of the Countdown, then proceeded to eat New Year's celebratory dinner with my dad. I felt like 2010 started right ♥, plus I have lots of clippings from waiting for me ^___^ I'm happy, knowing that I could watch it live via KHTV and that they're all probably out partying/having orgies NO THAT'S WRONG HSBEST and JUNIORZZZZZ. I even saw teh CM for Saigo no Yakusoku. HOT NEKKID BOYS ON TV YESPLS.
Now I shall sleep, wake up and go to church, go home and sleep/write fic/do thesis/ download an HDTV version of Countdown and Kouhaku, and hope that my Christmas present finally arrives.
