All these runs will ensure that i do not slack off and becoming a fat bastard YET again.

But im most excited for the HK marathon. It will be part of the itinerary for the HK hols. A kinda marathoney career. heh

the new balance run is the most interesting - 6k on the roads, 1.4 on the sands and 2.4 on (forest?) trail.

I'm definitely doing the HK one next year... if work permits!! :(

count me in for the new balance one - I like interesting runs! will do the shares bridge run too, half marathon. unless I'm fit enough to go for the full, which I doubt..

and of course, #4. so it's 1, 2 and 4.
please remind me to register when you do?

Wah! and I thought running 2 10kms this year is already considered freaky by my friends.. I'll train very very hard to run a 10km then join you guys for the real run k!

Real run is cool right? the gruelling 1.6k on sands..

it's just clocking millege(spell correctly?).
Yes, if possible, let's train together if u guys are on. Fortnightly sessions will be good.
