*pounce* Don't worry, Tracey-bean, I think CCHS's sixth form is a little rubbish, so it's not your fault if you didn't get teh grades you deserve.
And also, I don't think you have to be particularly good at math to teach it? So long as you know what you have to teach etc. So don't ever give up!

I'm torn, I'd luuurrrveee to move out and have my own house.. but I'd get so homesick ^_^; I don't think I'm ready just yet. I reckon I'll end up like your brother, here 'til I'm 22 ^___^;

Did you notice that the school asked us to write whether we were leaving or staying on BEFORE they let us have our results? That doesn't seem right somehow.

Anyways, buck up! You'll be okay, everybody will be *nodnod* And if teaching math is your dream then never give up on it!

All teh bestest,
xxx

i did indeed notice that they asked our destination first. o well. i'll go in on the 4th (no way in hell on the 3rd...my birthday!) and i'll try and track down Mrs Rusby, and tell her what i wana do. and then i'll try and get round and see all teachers and students around and just say my bit, and then leave. its going to be horrible.

and with teaching...you've got to have a degree, something that if i dont have A levels, i dont even get a shot at doing.

thank you *huggles*

Can't you retake A-levels though?

Sorry to butt in on your journal but i felt the same as you after we got the results...and you might realise but im not sure from your comment to Helen, you can do a degree if you dont have a-levels. You just go as a muture student at 21 or over which is probably what im going to do. I think im just going to go along with 6th form at the moment but if a cant stand it i will just leave part way through the year.

Anyway what i was trying to say was, if you really still want to be a teacher its not impossible without a-levels, it just means you will have to wait an extra few years.
