A is the sweetest. Srsly big ol' Disney doe-eyes sweet. When you look up the word "cherubic" in the dictionary, this is the photo. =)

I have to vote C. I put in the caveat that I'm not a fan of babies in bathtubs. Don't ask me why. I have no explanation. Picture D is pretty cute too, but compositionally speaking, C is the better picture and you can really see her eyes.
