I know! I've watched the video three times now (due to checking the link and all), and my jaw still drops.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. After all of the elementary school gym class periods, if there was one thing (besides the fact that you throw balls (= trash) out of your space (=yard) into your neighbors) they drilled into us, it was to Stop, Drop and Roll!
