Hope your holiday season is merry and bright, and surrounds you with maybe just a little more love and laughter than you think you can handle. It's good for you!

Glad to hear you're doing okay after going through a hard time in your life. It is amazing to me how we manage to pick ourselves up off the floor and get on with things.

It's funny how our lives seem to have had certain things in common over the years. I'm glad that both our years are ending on happier notes!

I continue to be so happy with how you and Ian remain friends, even better than before. And I'm always happy to hear things are going good. I love you!

What a great update! I remember seeing a Facebook picture of you in the last couple of days and thinking it was the first in a while. Thanks for surfacing and telling us what's up.

"Different" relationships sometimes make me wonder, too, but like you, I'm happy to see people enjoying each other in whatever permutations they choose. Delighted to hear you and Ian are getting along even if you're no longer together. Not the same, of course, but I know I get along much better with my brother when we're not living in the same place. I got along better with my freshman roommate after we were no longer roommates, too.

Looking forward to those future entries!
