I'm concerned that I've become really negative, prone to complain more than celebrate. That's not in any way who I want to be. The person I want to be isn't afraid to take action to change to better habits (even if she might be a little lazy about keeping them up all the time!). As for thankfulness, I remember two years ago I participated in a friend's #30daysofthankful idea, posting one thing each day in November 2016 that I had to be thankful for. They've been popping up in my memories the last few weeks, and it's been a really nice reminder that sometimes simply noticing what's worth being thankful for is a good exercise.
Please scritch Watson's little nose for me!
