Hi Steph :) I just got your post. I've been talking to another girl who's coming to Hunter for the Spring Semester that's looking for a place to live, and I think splitting 2 or three ways would really help cut the price down. I'm almost 95% positive I'm going to Roosevelt Island, and I'm going in the fall. I'm not sure what the rent would be, my mom has to figure it out. The apartments there are big and beautiful.
