I struggled with this. Our town is just not very exciting or explorable at all. There is so much to do in Tassie but sadly not much here. It is a nice town to live in though day to day.

The monkeys...meh. It's all over in five minutes and I think it's too odd and maybe a bit cruel.

I remember when the monkey exhibit opened!!! It was big news! Have vague memories that they were from some sort of 'sister city' or similar. Wonder what we sent them?

we've been utter piss-heads over the past weekend, drinking lovely chardy, sharing 3 bottles between the two of us. Hic. Maybe we're in training for Dec..? :D

It is going to be even greater because Tyrone will be here and he and D can be all chatty and blokey and we can rave away too..all over a glass of wine of course ;-) Do you know any dates yet? I can't wait for summer when my visitors arrive. I've got you and I have my American lj friend arriving in Feb, my usual visit from Penni after Christmas. I love summer time. It will be interesting how we go with such a small house but I think everyone that is visiting is flexible and won't mind a bit of chaos and line ups for showers/toilet. :-)
