But the majority that doesn't go directly to the people goes indirectly. The 40% that isn't spent on them goes to paying for everything to be transported, the time and labor spent getting everything ready to go, and for the army/navy/national guard who help get it over. Or atleast that's how it's going down here.

The asian donated. Thailand is were my parents are from and all of my family is there so, i feel that since i am here that is the only thing i can do to help.
