Congrats on your jewelry. Can't wait to see your creation.

About the haters, make sure you stay your sweet self, they are the ones who have it all wrong. Maybe you should overexagerate the sweetness one day and bring in rice crispy treats. (You could hide razor blades inside) Oh! :O

Yes, sounds like there's nothing new in NYC. It was a city that just dragged me down. Tho, when it happens, don't feel you can't put it here. Negative posts are A-Okay as journals are for venting and there's no need to "consider your audience."
I'm sorry you didn't get to meet my BFF when you were here as she's a jeweler (majored at VCU) and has a basement full of really fantastic conceptual materials and pieces!

you are sooo nice... anonymous July 14 2007, 17:27:21 UTC
I would never say you're too nice, but you are as sweet as apple pie! (or chocolate ice cream, considering my audience) admittedly, I've used that term before. it's usually connected with those who are so nice, they just let people get away with being assholes, when really, even nice people should, at times, call others on the bullshit they serve up. I think it's also connected with naivety (sp?). so see, they are misusing the term if they are talking about ma girl tra.

and if your first piece isn't your style, would it be mine, perhaps? I'm just sayin.

love you,
B.
