I never knew the feeling of my heart sinking in my chest until now.

It feels like it's crushing my lungs,
and I can't breathe.

I'm really tired.
Being tired makes me not care about anything.
Not even sleep.

I want to make it all stop.

For the next couple of days, I am going to be unreachable.
For the next couple of days, sleep will be minimal.

ENDING POSITIVE NOTE:
Getting along with family.

It's wearing me out to have to pick up the pieces of everyone else's lives.
I don't have enough room to stash them all.
Let alone anywhere safe.
I can't always put the pieces back together.

I watch myself fall apart as I try to maneuver the shattered pieces into place.

I can't fix you.
I can't even fix me.

Why can't things just be stable for a while?

This is like trying to read a language I've never even heard of before.

This is unprecedented.
